Quantity

How to use

Add 1 tea bag to 2000 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium to low heat for about 45 minutes.

When to use

  • Natural childbirth (natural birth) can be used on the same day
  • Start using it on the 3rd day after caesarean section (operation)
  • Start using it on the third day after surgery
  • Can be used for daily health care
