Prepare the bathtub and water. Test the water temperature . It is recommended to set it to 37 to 38 degrees in summer and 39-40 degrees in winter . You can use a thermometer or your elbow to test the water temperature. For newborn babies, the amount of water is enough to reach the navel.

Dry and dress the baby. Carry the baby to the platform or bed and dry the body and body folds.

Umbilical cord care can be done with boiled water and a cotton swab to clean the bottom and outer part of the umbilical cord. If the umbilical cord has a lot of secretions, it can be cleaned with external alcohol until it is dry.
